as it's pretty much the opposite of what Augury does, it would be nice if the recharge time was a little less than what it is now. I tend to use this over Augury when running the signet spike build, especially against monks as they will remove the hex and automatically get the deep wound. Since we don't need to be in close proximity of our target for us to work, it doesn't hinder us much.
I definitely love this skill for some odd reason n__n Being popped back after they die/10 seconds is not bad either (though the 10 seconds seem to take forever IMO)
